Upcoming solo show in Vienna 5–7 May 2026

I am so excited to share my new works in Vienna, and I feel lucky to have found such a wonderful place to show them:

5–7 May 2026 | F6 Factory
Esterházygasse 3, 1060 Vienna

Opening: Tuesday, 5 May, 18:30
Wednesday & Thursday: 16:00–21:00

I have been working on my SEAmaps series for many years, exploring how maps can reveal not only landscapes, but also the connections, rhythms, and structures of our world. From this ongoing investigation, a new series has now emerged: Atlas of Forms.

In these new works, I take a closer look at the building blocks of cartography — rivers, mountains, deserts, contour lines, and islands — and deconstruct them from their original maps. Through collage, I reassemble these elements into new visual compositions. Each work in the series is presented as a diptych, offering a dialogue between abstraction and landscape, detail and overview.

Atlas of Forms continues my exploration of perception and imagination. By transforming functional map elements into poetic visual forms, these works invite viewers to experience maps in a new way — as landscapes, as living structures, and as reflections of the beauty, fragility, and interconnectedness of our world.

This body of work has been a long, joyful, and sometimes challenging journey. Now I am  thrilled to share it with you!

It would mean so much to me if many of you could come and celebrate this moment — seeing the new series together in a beautiful presentation!

Let’s enjoy it together over excellent wines from the outstanding winemakers Weingut Sommer presented by Boris Schäfer and Kathrin Sommer.

Great live music sparking the joy of travel, exploring, longing and creativity is performed by emerging jazzguitarists Jan Bürlein and David Murg.

I will be present on all days throughout the exhibition and look forward to meeting you, talking about the work, and sharing ideas. I can’t wait to see you there and to celebrate this moment together.
